Merry Christmas

During Advent, we added symbols to represent the four themes of Advent. The dinner theatre “In Bethlehem Inn” was a time to gather together and to part of the Christmas story. On Advent 4, the presentation, “The Manger Awaits” focused on different creches or manger scenes. A pig was a main character in the story told and in the drama. Where’s the pig? – The question of the day. Young people of the congregation took part in both of these events.

Now on December 24, we gather to celebrate the birth of Jesus. The 7 p.m. service is a family service. The young and young-at-heart are invited to wear their p.j.’s or bring a blanket and pillow to snuggle under the tree and hear the Christmas story.
